Tina L. Turner is the owner and CEO of TTMCSC. Tina is a
philanthropic consultant, specializing in health equity program
development, strategic planning, and grant writing with over 30
years of experience under her belt. Tina holds a master’s degree in
public administration with a specialization in government and non-
profit management, over 20 years’ experience in public health,
trained in LEAN Six Sigma and Project Management (PMI), and
health equity experience. Her expertise dates back to 1991, when she
embarked on a long career helping individuals, small businesses,
hospitals, clinics, universities, and non-profit organizations with a
host of services:
